This is a great step forward for Free software in India in general and
Kerala in particular. It is now the duty of FSF India to support the
Govt in its effort to use free software so that the use of non free
software is minimized to zero gradually.

Kerala now becomes a role model for other states to emulate, and it
means more work to Free software people in Kerala :)

Congratulations to all who worked behind the scenes to educate the
govt about the merits of Free software.
