You cannot,  unless GNU/Linux machine permits you. 


Install Debian GNU/Linux or any other distribution. It is very easy. 
Ofcourse you have to read the documentation, for which Debian is the
best.  Here in Kochi a +1 student  - vipil_vicky@rediffmail.com - had
installed GNU/Linux without any personal help. I think now he is
learning various GNU utilities and programmes.
