The party does not follow the IBM business model ('judicious mix') and
stands by FOSS and OSS... even as per the recent speech of Sitaram
Yechury. But implementation is always a problem. A major problem is
that of the bureaucracy arm-twisting the ministers... This is also due
to FOSS illiteracy. Again free s/w advocates need to teach these
people about dealing with companies following dubious business models.


In case of the website in question ... take a look at the 'credits'
link. It seems to be copy paste work.
