[Fsf-friends] Adoption of FS based subjects in syllabus at CU

This is great news.

It also implies that the visually disabled people will also have proper
scope in the computer science field because not just the license costing
issues, but also the incompatability of screen readers with proprietory
desktop softwares like IDEs will also go away at once.
