      Class/Division 10 (Film division)

Rules for providing permission for place/space to public entertainment
show and to control (except cinema) the cyber cafe or similar
establishment/association.  2006 (first version) maharashtra
28.12.2006

The permission for place/space for cyber cafe should have applications
(two attested copies) along with the list provided as below and then
only to be provided with CFC number.

1: name, address, photo of the person who owns the establishment
(three) and police station limit
2: address of cybercafe and police station 3: if the establishment place 
is a residential place then a no
objection certification from the owner or  from the society
4: if the establishment place is on rental basis, then a receipt of
rent paid, agreement letter, letter from owner or from the society 5: if 
the estbalishment place is owned by applicant then letter  of
ownership
6: if the establishment is within partnership, then  the letter
regarding same
7: if the association is of a company then letter of company's rules,
letter or agreement
8: shops or establishment/association's permission (from the muncipal
corporation)
9: cyber cafe's internal design and area covered, whether computers
are laid according to rules, how many computers are put up, and photos
according to it
10: receipt of current payment of the fire brigade equipment
11: name and address of professional person who is working in the
cyber cafe on letterhead/stampaper
12: letter from ISP service provider alongwith receipt of current
payment
13: log of IP, LAN, 14: MS open licence agreement's attested letter 15: 
name and address of people who are working in the association
