[Fsf-friends] Linux Disktool License

This is an application (http://freshmeat.net/projects/disktool/) whose
source code is freely available only on request by email. It is not
available for public download. It is described as 'freeware'. Which is
the most suitable License for the application ?

Note that there are some 'open source packages' that require a
compulsory registration before download. This does not really differ
from those.
