You do not seem to understand the main intentions behind this
'privatization of education' and "FDI in Education". The Govt will
mysteriously continue to reduce spending on higher education too and
there will be nothing left for b).  Research in the pure fields may
never be funded. And the few parents who send their children to
universities will send them to these shops.
