Mishi,
Have you read the book ``Free Software, Free Society'' ? It's an
excellent collection of essays on free software and related issues. It
also has an introduction which explains what is source code and the
software related jargon. I'd recommend you read this book and also
tell your friends to read the book.
The idea of having a conference is excellent and we'll be very happy
to support it. We need to explain the advantages of Free Software &
Open Standards and it's relevance to lawyers and law firms. We also
have two pretty well known Free Software hackers in India who are also
lawyers by profession. I am sure they'll also be interested in this.
I am looking forward to this event ...
