I had a discussion with teachers involved in HSS text book development.
They agreed to look into this issue and take corrective steps next year.

BTW Vocational Higher Secondary School syllabus for Computer
Applications course now includes, Inkscape, Gimp, Open Office,
Blender, Kino etc..
