[Fsf-friends] Advice Needed: Use of FSF logo

Hi All,

I am currently communicating with few collages in my region (Nagpur, 
Wardha) about
conducting a seminar to mark Software Freedom Day. I want to know if I 
can use GNU
logo and FSF's name for further communication? Is there any registration 
required for
official membership? I am a member of this list since almost 2 years now 
and a promoter
of Free Software.

Any inputs appreciated.
