Hi All,

I came to know that I can get Constition of India in a CD-ROM. But
this will cost INR 515/-.

Instead of this I thought it is better to buy a hard copy of
Constitution of India. Can anybody tell me where I can order for one?

I enquired at nicsi@hub.nic.in, asking why the CD is so costly. But I
did not get any response. My thoughts were that, if Indian
Constitution is in Public Domain, shouldn't the cost of that CD-ROM be
just about INR 100/- or so? I asked them if I can resell it, but I
didn't get _any_ response. :-(

What are your thoughts on this?

Thank you.

Rgds,
anna

As soon as we started programming, we found to our surprise that it
wasn't as easy to get programs right as we had thought. Debugging had
to be discovered. I can remember the exact instant when I realized
that a large part of my life from then on was going to be spent in
finding mistakes in my own programs.
