Free software gives you that freedom, but I am sure it is not very 
difficult to give credit to the GNU Project by calling Ubuntu a 
GNU/Linux distribution.  FSF India cannot promote any distro that does 
not give due credit to the GNU Project, and I hope you could appreciate 
this concern, and do the needful in this regard.
