[Fsf-friends] Harm in using intemperate language

  Blocking people merely because of the views they hold is no doubt 
undemocratic,  but using intemperate language to make a point is a lot 
worse and even harmful.  Giving volunteers the greatest possible respect 
is a sign of civility.   None may complain about the lack of civility, 
but would it not be nice to be polite while posting messages?
