Sorry for the delay in informing. We wanted to organise the event
jointly with IT Mission Kerala. In the last minute we failed in doing
that. This made our job very difficult. 

The event will be in VJT Hall, Trivandrum. It will be from 1 pm to 8 pm
on 21st. In the evening there will be a discussion on copyrights and
patents in various fields of human creativity. Dr R V G Menon, Dr M N V
Nair, Anand Babu few other experts are expected for the discussion. 

There will be an exhibition on free software. Organisations like C-Dit,
CESS and Keltron are expected to showcase their work in free software. 

In the event few creative works(films, documentaries, photographs, study
reports) will be released under Creative Commons licenses.
