http://www.presidentofindia.nic.in is aesthetically pleasing and now 
hosted on Apache Tomcat/4.1.10

Our President, in his Republic Day Eve Speech has desired India to be:
"A Nation where the governance uses the best of the technologies to be 
responsive, transparent, easily accessible and simple in rules, thereby 
corruption free"
