Good point. 

I as  a citizen has a right  to audit what software  the Government uses
and standardizes upon.  I have a right to recall my representative if he
refuses and discourages the use of Free software. 

In the next elections, we have to ask our representatives to support the
use of Free software and work towards getting whoever supports, elected.
