Ramanraj,  please add  that  even the  National  Aero Space  Authority
(NASA) of the United States is  freeing up software created by it; for
details,  see  http://crynwr.com/cgi-bin/ezmlm-cgi?3  and look  for  a
thread reading `For Approval:  NASA Open Source Agreement version 1.1,
starting from February 13, 2004.
