Incidentally, fsf-prog@gnu.org.in and fsf-dev@gnu.org.in mailing lists
are long dead and stink like anything. (What a shame. On all of us.) Why
not take discussions like these there?

Let's think about what can be done to rejuvenate those lists. After all,
this happens to be the Free /Software/ Foundation. Software development
also needs some attention :)
