Hi, all..

I needed some help on the GNU Lesser General Public License (not the General 
Public License), particularly recent developments in the following: -

1) Commercial Right to use a modified Library under the LGPL- including 
rights relating to Distribution, pricing and IPR

2) Commercial Right to use an unmodified (as-is) Library under the LGPL- 
including rights relating to Distribution, pricing and IPR


For both the above, I specifically need information on the Library when it 
is used as a part of a whole- how will the above rights be affected in that 
context?

Help on this- especially any recent court judgments, articles, etc., will be 
really appreciated. Please send all replies to my ID, unless you think it 
warrants a post to the entire group :)
