[Fsf-friends] Opinion submitted to government of India

[Krishna Pagadala]

  I was thinking that the opinion 
(http://fsf.org.in/philosophy/mitrules.html) did not
mention "accountability to citizens" as the reason
governments should be using free software. I as a
citizen have the right to audit the government.
