Feeling  and discussing  are two  different  actions.  I  feel that  the
philosophy of  software sharing is  good.  Mailing List  discussions are
articulations having  an effect of clarifying  the underlying philosophy
of sharing.  I have learned a lot from such articulations.  And as such,
these clarifications should not cease from happening, it should continue
and they shall never be seen as vain. 

On  the  contrary  I  see  most of  the  "LUGS"  discussing  superficial
technical issues  and generally do not  have any idea of  where they are
going.  In these "LUGS" you find a bunch of experts who are vain and are
very wary of sharing what they know.  They have their own caucuses.

I see most of my friends as discussing things of common interest.  We
absorb things and help each other, rather than keeping things which we
may have learnt, to ourselves.
