The "Brazilian underclass" must be "genuinely" scratching their heads
over this one. Some of the poorest people in the western hemisphere
would be far more worried about getting a roof over their heads, about
getting their street-children off the streets, about getting a decent
job in an economy wrecked by neo-liberalism... not about acquiring a
computer running a, hold your breath,
