Dear all

As you might (or might not have heard), Moodle HQ - the people behind the
Moodle open source project - are hosting their first ever MoodleMoot India
2017 in Mumbai, from 18 - 19 December, at the Sahara Star Hotel.

Moodle HQ is working with our Moodle Partners in India and an event
committee, including myself, to make this two-day conference a success.

I would like to encourage you, your colleagues and networks to take part in
MoodleMoot India 2017.

There are many reasons to be part of MoodleMoot this year:


   1.

   Moodle HQ recognises the need for a cost-effective, powerful and open
   source learning platform in India and would like to invite existing
   Moodlers and those interested in Moodle to join them at MoodleMoot India
   2017 to find out more about what’s new,  what’s coming up with and how you
   can empower your educators with Moodle.

   2.

   Recently, chief Moodler, Martin Dougiamas, announced a new investment
   partnership with Education For The Many. Find out directly from Martin how
   this will advance Moodle’s key projects and how you can be involved in
   shaping the future of our open source learning platform.

   3.

   At this Moot, Moodle HQ will present a new program, focussed on the role
   of education in Moodle, planning/envisioning sessions with our Moodlers in
   India to get ideas on features you’d like to see in Moodle and the latest
   update in mobile learning.

   4.

   Meet fellow Moodlers or those interested / well-versed in edtech,
   education and technology face-to-face, and get the opportunity to network,
   share ideas, collaborate on projects.


You can get involved in many ways:


   1.

   Be a participant and register your spot for the two days, which include
   access to all presentations, workshops, networking events and a Moodle

   Submit a presentation showcasing your Moodle project, experience or
   stories that will help other Moodlers learn and discover more about the
