    distro with Graphical installer from Progeny. We need to create        and test it at the earliest. Ramakrishnan, can you provide 
    some more details on this. Also needs to make list of required 
    apps.

We need to have a discussion on the packages to be included. Initially
I was thinking of having some packages from Debian Jr, but since this
is targetted at Plus-2 students, I think we need forget about Debian
Jr, and prepare a list ourselves. May be it should include vi and
emacs, gcc/gdb/ddd/g++/gcj, perl, python, gtk+-dev, other dev 
libraries, galeon etc. I will try to make a list and post it here.

Another point to start may be the LTSP project which is Redhat based.
They already have something called K12LTSP (www.ltsp.org) which also
seem to be promising.

Sorry for being late in reply. I have very limited WWW connectivity
now a days.
