i really wonder what has this got to do with fsf or even free software.
the site mentions the use of proprietory software and i haven't
spotted any use of FOSS or even a creativecommons petridish or
ecosystem.

what gives?

is there any fsf volunteer near this institute, who could perhaps
offer some gnu gyaan to this institute?

i could do it, but am thousands of km away in the north of the country....
